	The travel period restriction is till 31st August 2010. The return trip has to be completed on or before 31st August 2010
	The return booking should be made under same Yatra reference number. Two separate transactions will not considered for cash back
	The discount will be in the form of Cash Back only.
	Cash Back will be valid for tickets bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
	Promo Codes cannot be used along with this offer. If the customer availing the cash back offer enters a promo code during the booking process, then he is no longer eligible for the cash back refund
	Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Cash Back offered on them.
	All tickets/bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline & Terms & Conditions.
	The Cash Back amount will usually reflect in the respective Card statement of next month. Cash back will be processed by Sep 15th 2010
	Cash Back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one way ticket  is cancelled, cash back offer will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
	The Cash Back shall be credited to the same credit card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the offer shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
	This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
