2) This Cash Back offer is valid Hotels and Packages booked using any SBI Master / Visa Credit Card or Tata Card through IRCTC and Rail Tourism websites.

4) The Cash Back is calculated on the following basis:
Category Cash Back
Hotel Booking Upto Rs. 7,500 – 15% Cash Back on Total Transaction Value
Above Rs. 7,500 – 17% Cash Back on Total Transaction Value
Rail Packages Upto Rs. 7,500 – 12% Cash Back on Total Transaction Value
Above Rs. 7,500 – 14% Cash Back on Total Transaction Value
5) To avail the offer, all you need to do is use the SBI credit card for making a booking through ICICI or HDFC payment gateways.
6) The Cash Back will be credited back by IRCTC to the SBI Credit Card account within 7 working days and will accordingly reflect in the SBI Card monthly statement.
7) All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard IRCTC terms and conditions.
8) Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the respective hotel / railways rules for all bookings purchased through this promotion.
9) Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the cash back that has been processed while taking the original booking. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets / bookings.
10) The Cash Back offer is valid only for bookings made between 1st Sep 2010 and 30th November 2010
11) This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by SBI Card and IRCTC.
12) SBI Card and IRCTC reserve the right to add or withdraw any hotel / package from the offer during the promotion period.
13) SBI Card and IRCTC shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Hotel / Railways which is not within the control of SBI Card and IRCTC.
14) All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
15) SBI Card and IRCTC reserve the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
