What is MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries?
It is the J2ME based mobile travel application of MakeMyTrip embedded on Nokia Nseries handsets.
What is Nseries?
Nseries is Nokia's flagship GSM mobile handset model range in India.
What is J2ME Application?
Java 2 Micro Application is an embedded/ downloadable application on a mobile handset. The application is displayed as an icon on the handset and can be opened by simply clicking on the icon.
What is GPRS?
The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) allows mobile phones to be used for sending and receiving data over an Internet Protocol (IP)-based network. It enables wireless access to data networks like the Internet, enabling users to access e-mail and other Internet applications using mobile phones.
What are the minimum requirements to use MakeMyTrip on Nseries?
These are the minimum requirements to access MakeMytrip on mobile :
MakeMyTrip Application embedded/ downloaded on handset.
An active GPRS connection and settings saved on handset
You can get your GRPS connection activated by calling your cellular service operator's customer care number.
How do I access MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries?
MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries can be accessed simply by:
Clicking on MakeMyTrip icon in the menu section of your Nokia Nseries
Simply SMS "Mclient" to 56767 to get started
MakeMyTrip application is not embedded/ present on my handset/ Nokia Nseries what do I do to get that?

Can I access MakeMytrip on any handset?
You can currently access MakeMyTrip only on GPRS active Java enabled handsets.
The application is also pre-embedded on all the latest Nokia Nseries handsets

How much does it cost to use MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries?
MakeMyTrip doesn't charge the users anything additional to use this application. Standard GPRS usage charges will apply. Please check your GPRS tariff plans with your cellular operator.
How many tickets can I book using MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries?
In one booking session, you can book tickets for up to 4 passengers.
Do I need to register at beforehand for using this service?
Do I have to enter my personal details every time I use this service?
No. You need to enter your personal details only for the first time you use this service. Next time you access the service, your details will be displayed automatically.
How do I make a payment?
Currently you can make payments using your credit card. You need to provide your credit card number, expiry date and CVV number.
What's the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?
CVV is an important security feature that reduces the risk of online fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession.
Is my credit card information secure and safe?
Yes. Makemytrip is a secure application. It follows the best security practices and the most stringent safety protocols adopted by major online travel companies. Any information you enter when transacting with MakeMyTrip is sent in an encrypted format to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
Can I book international flights on MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries?
No. Currently, only domestic flights can be booked. We would be providing more such services from MakeMyTrip in near future.
How is the confirmation number or PNR sent to me?
A booking confirmation number will be displayed on your mobile screen at the end of a successful transaction. PNR number would be sent to you on your mobile phone as an SMS and also to your email ID (Provided by you while filling up booking details).
I can't take a print out of the SMS. What to do?
You can go to the airport and show the confirmation SMS at the airline counter at the entrance of the airport. They would take out a print and give it to you for checking in.
Can I book a round trip ticket?
Yes.You can book a round trip ticket.
Is it an all inclusive fare?
Yes. This is all inclusive and includes base fare, taxes and service fee.
Can I select any particular airline?
I am facing problems with accessing MakeMyTrip on my Nokia Nseries. What do I do? Whom do I Contact ?
Please check your GPRS settings and activation status. If the settings are correct and GPRS activated and working, please try to open the MakeMyTrip application again. If the problem persists, please contact the telecom operator or our helpdesk for further assistance.

Can I change or cancel my booking over the MakeMyTrip on Nokia Nseries application?
Currently, you cannot. For any rescheduling/ cancellation, please call the MakeMyTrip helpdesk numbers.
What are the cancellation charges?
The standard MakeMyTrip policy for cancellation applies. (This policy may change from time to time. Please refer to for any updates.)
Following is the currently applicable policy (23 Nov 07):
For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. shall charge INR 250 per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the individual airline cancellation fee. All charges for individual airlines are below on per sector per passenger basis.

(*Note: After cancellation, a voucher will be issued, which will be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of issuance, and can be re-booked for travel within the validity period. When will I get refund for my cancelled ticket(s)?
We will process the refund in 10 business days on your credit card from the date we receive your request/paper tickets. The refund will reflect on the next billing cycle of your credit card. (This policy may change from time to time, please refer to for any updates.)
