Terms and Conditions

1.	The validity of the program is from 29th Oct 2010 to 31st Nov 2010.
2.	The discount extended by Yatra.com can be availed by the cardholder making a full purchase through HDFC Credit at Yatra.com
3.	Customers have to submit the discount coupon / promo code “Yatra” followed by 6 digit of the Credit Card No.( e.g. If HDFC credit card number is 1234 5678 9120 0000, then customer have to mention "Yatra123456" as the code in the promotion code filed to avail the discount) during the booking process on www.yatra.com.
4.	Discount coupon denomination for domestic Air ticket would be 20% subject to maximum of Rs. 500/- on base fare.
5.	Discount coupon denomination for International Air ticket would be 10% subject to maximum of Rs. 500/- on base fare.
6.	Discount coupon denomination for Domestic Hotel would be 10% Subject to maximum of Rs. 500 off on base tariff.
7.	Discount coupon denomination for Domestic Holiday would be 20% subject to maximum of Rs. 1000 off on base tariff.
8.	The discount for Hotels and Air Ticket is applicable on per booking basis and not per night/ per person basis.
9.	The discount coupons / promo code are valid for Domestic Air, & International Air and Domestic Hotel / holiday bookings as per the above denomination only. In case base fare / base tariff is less then the above mentioned denomination that customer will get the discount equivalent to base fare / base tariff only.
10	Discount will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one way Air ticket is cancelled, discount will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
11	This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
12	The domestic Air offer is valid for all online bookings made on yatra.com website and valid on all Airlines and for all travel dates without any blackout dates.
13	The domestic Hotel and International Holiday offer is valid for online and offline bookings. Customer would require mentioning the promo code in all the booking on Yatra.com website.
14	The discount coupon would be provided and applicable only on the Base fare and basic tariff (as the case may be), which would be exclusive of all Government levies statutory taxes and other charges.
15	Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the services will be charged as per actual from the customer.
16	Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
17	Air-tickets & hotel rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline and hotels terms & conditions.
18	A customer is entitled to avail the discount only if customer makes the full payment for travel booking through Kotak credit card on yatra.com.
19	Promotion code cannot be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person.
20	The Promotion will not be applicable if the hotel is running a cash back offer itself or declared black-out dates.
21	All Yatra.com standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Website would apply.
22	This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
23	All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra.com shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount coupons to the customer.
24	This discount offer under this offer cannot be clubbed with other offers running parallely on www.yatra.com
25	Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the state of Gurgaon.
